I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to fulfill every request, from recommending great restaurants to arranging last minute dry cleaning and even getting me a taxi driver for a private tour. Everything they did for me went above and beyond what I experienced in my month-long trip to Italy.

The noise level was unbearable. It sounded like a construction site next door to the hotel, but nothing was being built.

They provided a great restaurant recommendation and even helped me with some last-minute laundry at a reasonable price. the hotel had a great location close to some key attractions in the area. Another advantage to the hotel was that the staff arranged a private tour for me with a taxi driver who was very knowledgeable about the local area.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel experience. the room was a bit smaller than expected, which made it a little cramped.

They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged last-minute laundry services, taxis and tours. the hotel location was in an ideal spot, offering guests easy access to local attractions and amenities. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was served promptly every morning with a good selection of food. the hotel had facilities such as a gym and a pool that guests could enjoy.
